Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions give information on how to get Information on (and of) Services/Products through us and what the applicable rules are. This is made possible by Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd., cs@relikon.in. Participation in this is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions incorporate the Privacy Policy from Relikon Media Pvt Ltd. We therefore recommend that you carefully read both. 

General

Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and contact details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd. to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the entry, as appropriate.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd. (including its employees, Clients and Vendors) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the control of Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd.); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference. 

Marketing

Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd. collects personal information in order to Promote, advertise and Market Products/Services and for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, Company/Service Providers. We also collect personal information provided by entrants on this site for direct marketing purposes and we and/or associated third parties may contact users by email, phone, and sms with more interesting promotional offers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd. may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. All entries become the property of Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about a breach of this Promotion, you can contact us by using the details below. You will need to provide us with sufficient details regarding your complaint, together with any supporting evidence.

We will investigate the issue and determine the steps (if any) we will undertake to resolve your complaint. We will contact you if we require any additional information from you and will notify you within reasonable time in writing of the outcome of the investigation.

Claims

In no circumstance will the Network be liable to the Advertiser for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages or lost profits of the Advertiser or the Advertiser’s clients (including without limitation claims for loss of goodwill, use of or reliance on the services provided hereunder, stoppage of other work or impairment of other assets) arising out of breach or failure of express or implied warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, Network will not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, actions or inaction of Advertiser or third parties, Advertiser’s equipment or software and/or any third party equipment or any other condition affecting production or delivery in any manner beyond the control of Relikon Media Pvt. Ltd..
